Giant Grilled Mixed Venison Skewer
Crocodile, ostrich, warthog, kudu, home-made venison sausage, red bell peppers and dried fruit skewered and grilled with a quince-jelly sauce.

Ostrich Fillet Steak
Marinated in orange juice, soya sauce and ginger.
